This video is a superposition of six different videos of the artist reading texts out of six different books that talk about the Spanish language - grammar, syntax, meaning, history, etymology, spelling. These texts create a sound portrait of the Spanish language although blurring together isn't understandable, like the beginning of the appropriation of a language. The identity and image are divided and unclear just as in the experience one goes through to learn and integrate oneself into a language.
